All other ports (Port 1 through Port 4) are to be connected to terminals (DTE). There are no user configurable settings in the DB9 RS-232 Modem Splitter. Simply connect port M to the modem using a straight-pinned cable. Connect ports 1 through 4 to terminals using straight-pinned cables. Power up your modem and terminals as normal.
